Agreement and scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the OVR Industries LLC ("OVRI," "we," "us," or "our") website at www.ovrindustries.com and the OVRI customer portal. By using these services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the services for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization. Separate quotations, purchase orders, acknowledgments, or written agreements may govern fabrication work and control if they conflict with these website-use Terms.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials, recovery methods, authenticated sessions, and multi-factor authentication device secure. Do not share passwords or one-time codes. Keep your account and business contact information reasonably current and notify OVRI promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or lose control of an authentication factor.
OVRI may require MFA for certain accounts or actions. Federated sign-in, including Google sign-in when enabled, verifies an identity but does not assign company membership or OVRI privileges.
Quote requests and quotations
A quote request or contact-form submission is a request for OVRI to evaluate a project. It is not an acceptance, order confirmation, or binding agreement to manufacture. Any resulting quotation may contain project-specific scope, pricing, timing, and other terms. Fabrication work becomes binding only through the applicable quotation, order acknowledgment, purchase-order process, or other written agreement accepted by the relevant parties.
Orders and project information
Portal order, shipping, payment, file, and status information is provided as a customer workspace and operational reference. Users should promptly report apparent errors. The controlling quotation, acknowledged order, approved drawing, revision, or other written project document governs where portal information differs from an accepted project record.
Customer drawings and files
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, revision level, and authorized use of drawings, specifications, models, files, instructions, and other materials you provide. You confirm that you have the rights and authority needed for OVRI to use those materials for the requested quotation, manufacturing work, support, and related business records.
You permit OVRI and its necessary service providers to receive, reproduce, review, process, and store those materials only as reasonably needed to provide and administer the requested services. This permission does not transfer ownership of your materials to OVRI. Do not submit malicious code or material unrelated to a legitimate business request.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the website or portal unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe another person's rights.
- Probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, authorization, rate limits, security controls, or service operation.
- Access, alter, or disclose another customer's records or use another person's account.
- Upload malware, destructive content, or files you are not authorized to provide.
- Scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or automate access in a way that disrupts the service or exceeds normal business use.
Intellectual property
OVRI owns or licenses the website and portal software, visual design, branding, text, and other service content, excluding customer materials and third-party content. These Terms allow authorized use of the services; they do not transfer OVRI intellectual-property rights. OVRI does not claim ownership of customer-provided drawings, specifications, or project files merely because they are submitted.
Third-party services
OVRI relies on service providers for hosting, authentication, transactional email, optional federated sign-in, and private file delivery. Those services may be subject to their providers' terms and may occasionally be unavailable. OVRI is responsible for selecting and administering its integrations, but does not control independent third-party networks or services.
Availability and access
OVRI may maintain, update, or temporarily interrupt the website or portal and does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, customer information, OVRI systems, or service integrity; respond to suspected misuse; comply with law; or reflect the end of a business relationship. Portal suspension does not by itself change rights or obligations under a separate accepted order or written agreement.
Service disclaimers and limitations
General website content is informational and should not be treated as an engineering approval, fabrication commitment, or substitute for an accepted quotation or project-specific written agreement. Portal records are operational aids and may require correction or confirmation. Use of the website and portal is at your own risk to the extent permitted by applicable law.
OVRI is not responsible for access problems caused by internet failures, independent third-party outages, or unauthorized credential use outside OVRI's reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or changes warranties, remedies, or liability terms expressly established in an accepted project agreement.
Changes to these terms
OVRI may update these Terms as the website, portal, or business practices change. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated website-use Terms. Changes to a separate accepted order or project agreement require the process applicable to that agreement.
